How to reach us
For general questions, technical issues, account access, or feedback:
- Email: support@moneybook.ai
- In-app: Use any "Help" or "Contact support" link within the MoneyBook app when available.
We aim to respond to support requests within a reasonable time, typically within a few business days. For urgent account or security issues (e.g., suspected unauthorized access), please indicate "Urgent" or "Security" in your message so we can prioritize your request.
What we can help with
- Account registration, sign-in, and password reset
- Using MoneyBook features (e.g., connecting accounts, categorizing transactions, reports)
- Questions about your data, privacy, or how to exercise your rights (e.g., access, correction, deletion)
- Reporting bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior
- Billing or subscription questions, if applicable
Data and privacy requests
For requests related to your personal data (e.g., access, correction, deletion, or portability), you may use the same contact methods above or any dedicated form we provide. We will process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data deletion page. Verification of your identity may be required before we fulfill certain requests.
Connected accounts (e.g., Plaid)
If you have issues connecting or disconnecting a financial account, or with data from a connected account, we can help troubleshoot. Some issues may need to be resolved with the financial institution or the connection provider (e.g., Plaid). We will direct you to the right place when applicable.
